Bio: I Just Can’t Stop… Hello! I love cooking, hosting, and making people happy with food. Whenever I cook, I spend lots of time researching and comparing recipes and obsessing over the best way to make something. As I cook, I take lots of photos and notes. My husband encouraged me to start sharing my “neurotically” detailed process with others and said, “No one else spends as much time explaining the process and experience of cooking something, like you do.” LOL, I guess so. Part of the fun of my blog is that I am not just sharing my success, but my disasters. All of us who love the art of cooking are in a world of experimentation and exploration. I hope by showing my own failures, more people will be encouraged to do what they love without the fear and doubt of perfectionism. After all, it’s just food, and food should be fun!
